Our company shall always keep our customers’ personal information updated precisely, take necessary measurements for management of security systems, arrangement of an administrative structure, in-depth education for employees and manage personal information in a very strict way with protection measurements so that we can prohibit illegal accesses, losses, corruption, falsification and leakages of personal information.

Personal information which we collect from customers are used only when we send e-mails or pamphlets to contact them, to announce notices or to reply inquiries.

If our customers desire to refer, correct or delete their own personal information, we shall respond their request duly after confirming the customer’s identification.

Our company shall comply with the Japanese laws, regulations and bylaws applicable to personal information in our possession and shall revise and /or improve the contents of our privacy policy as may be necessary.
